Celebrate Friendship Day With Your Real Friends

Friendship Day is celebrated on the first Sunday of August and this year it falls on 3rd. The tradition of dedicating one day to honoring friends and friendship began in the US in 1935.

The teenagers as well as the adults are waiting for the first Sunday of August to celebrate "Friendship Day," a day that we dedicate to our beloved friends to show them how important they are in our lives. Exchange of Friendship Day gifts like flowers, cards and wrist bands are a popular tradition of the day.

It is a good thing to celebrate with friends, enjoy with friends whole day.

But Have you just 30 minutes for those friends   who have no any friends like us….no celebration….no enjoyment…?

Is this possible to give your 20 to 30 minutes to these children..?

You can make smile in their face…you can also celebrate with them by giving them chocolates, toy, flowers or any other gifts. Your 30 minutes can give them happiness for lifetime.

How can you improve your singing voice..?

The people who want to become a good and famous singer must read this blog. I am sure it will be helpful to improve your sinning voice.

You  have to read and follow ifve steps :

1. Stand Up

When you sing, your posture can have a huge effect on the way you sound. Your chest, and more importantly your lungs, need to be open as wide as possible to get a good sound. Stand up straight, stretch out your arms and keep your shoulders down and back. When standing, feel your weight on your feet.  If it is not balanced, shift your body, bend your knees, straighten your back until your weight feels balanced on your feet.  You will know if you are well balanced if you can raise your toes without feeling a change of balance. To open up your chest, imagine holding a huge beach ball in your hands. Fill up your lungs with air and feel the expansion in your chest.  So today when you sing, standing up will go a long way to improving the way you sound and look

2. Breathe

Believe if or not, there are many different ways to breathe. For singers, you don’t want your shoulders to move up when you take in a breath as this will only create tension in your chest and neck. Instead your belly should move out and in (your chest will expand too). Practice taking in a quick full breath and then slowly exhaling the air.  If you have more singing experience, work on exercising your diaphragm - it can help you control your breathing.
Also, for each song that you sing, plan where you are going to take your breaths. You do not want to be taking a gulp of breath in the middle of a lyrical phrase. By planning and practicing where to take your breath, you will be able to concentrate on delivering the lyric.
When you are singing today, be aware of your breathing: how you are breathing and where you are taking your breath during the song.

3. Open your mouth

This sounds like a no-brainer but many of us don’t open wide enough when we sing.  We might think that our mouth is open wide, we might be shy to open it wider than we normally do, or we might even think that it’s our style to sing with a mouth that is only slightly open.  Whatever the reason, it won’t hurt you to try to open your mouth wider than you normally do.  Physically, you know your mouth is really wide open if you feel like yawning.  When you yawn you will feel the increased space in your mouth and throat. In fact, practicing yawning will really open your mouth to let your voice flow out. For today, exaggerate opening your mouth really wide while singing and if possible record yourself so that you can listen to the difference in the sound of your voice. Make adjustments until you get the sound you want.

4. Sing like you mean it

Over our lifetime we will sing thousands of songs.Sometimes we sing just for fun, and in those cases it might not matter whether you sound like you mean it or not.  But if you’re singing a solo, that you really care about, making sure you mean what you sing will add tremendous value to your performance.  I don’t mean over-performing it, or belting it out really loudly.  Singing loudly or holding notes for a long time does not necessarily add meaning to your performance. What will make the lyrics more believable is the phrasing, intonation and texture that you give to your delivery of the lyrics
Know who you are saying the words to and why you are saying the words. Next, before singing the lyrics, practice humming the melody.  Listen to where you want to place emphasis and think about how you want to place emphasis; sometimes you will want to sing louder to add emphasis, but sometimes singing with a quiet whisper-like voice can add more impact than a loud voice. Also think about which notes you would like to hold and which you would like to cut short. When you are ready, sing the lyrics to the melody.  For the song that you are singing today, practice speaking the words first, humming the melody and then putting the two together and sing the song like you mean it.

5. Use your ears

Controlling what comes out of your mouth, starts with your ears.  There is a reason why singers practice scales and follow other musical exercises.  The more you can train your ears, the easier it will be for you to sing the notes on key. Although you can spend years training your ears, paying attention to a few details today can improve your performance now.  If you are singing with musical accompaniment listen to the music as you sing and keep your pitch tuned to the music. If you are singing a cappella, you will need to sing from memory and so you’ll need to listen to the music in your memory. This requires more practice than singing with accompaniment but can be quite rewarding.  In both cases when you perform you will need to listen to both the music and your vocal.  To improve your performance today, listen attentively to the music once without singing along before you perform it. When you are performing the song, let the music guide your voice, you’ll sing great.

Exit polls point to Modi entry in Delhi - 2014 Lok Sabha election

Ab ki baar Modi sarkar — that's the unanimous verdict of several exit polls as far as the big picture is concerned, with all of them predicting either that the NDA would get a majority or would get very close to it. The polls also agreed that the BJP would get its highest tally ever — the range varying from a little over 200 to just under 300.

Most polls also predicted that the Congress would be reduced to its lowest ever tally, though one of them, the Times Now-ORG poll, put the party's tally at between 111 and 138 seats, which means it could do better than the 114 seats it got in 1999. Another common factor in the polls was that the AIADMK and Trinamool Congress are likely to emerge as the two largest regional parties with 20 or more seats each.

While broadly agreeing on these trends, the polls were at sharp variance on the details. The Times Now-ORG poll suggested that the NDA would win 249 to 265 seats, which would leave it a little short of a majority though well within striking distance. At the other end of the range, the News 24-Today's Chanakya poll gave the NDA 340 seats, with the BJP alone winning 291 seats. If that comes true, it would be the first time after 1984 that any party would be winning a majority on its own.

The Congress' predicted tally too varies widely from a mere 57 in the News24 poll to a possible 138 in the Times Now poll. At 57, the Congress wouldn't just be reduced to a historic low, it would face its biggest crisis in post-Independence history.

Coming to the wide variance among pollsters, in Bihar, for instance, the Times Now-ORG poll gave the RJD no seats at all and the JD(U) 10 seats, while most other polls projected the RJD-Congress alliance as the primary challenge to the BJP and the JD(U) being squeezed out.

Similarly, in Karnataka, the Headline Today-Cicero poll suggested the Congress had a clear lead over the BJP and would win between 15 and 19 of the state's 28 seats. The News24 poll projected a diametrically opposite outcome with the BJP winning 20 seats in the state.

'Congress will be wiped out in Rajasthan'

In Rajasthan, the Headline Today and News24 polls predicted that the Congress could, at one end of the range of their projections, get completely wiped out, but the Times Now poll predicted that party could win 14 of the 25 seats in the state where it faced a rout in the assembly polls in December.

On AAP, most polls agreed that it would make its presence felt, in Punjab in particular, but yet again there was disagreement on just how well it would do. The News24 poll said the party could emerge as the single largest in Punjab, winning five of the 13 seats while others gave it no seats at all.

Exit polls have gone quite wrong on occasions, including most famously in 2004 when they predicted the NDA would form its third successive government. But they have also got it right on several occasions, including in the latest assembly polls in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.

The Tiwari brothers have alleged a conspiracy by their professional rivals after Ankit achieved nationwide fame with his popular numbers like "Sun Rahai Hai Tu" in the recent blockbuster, "Aashiqui 2" and other songs.
Soon after his arrest last week, Tiwari's family and Mishra contended that Ankit had not met the woman for over a year.

At The Los Angeles Alligator Farm, In The 1920’S, Some Shocking Photos Of People Posing With Alligators.

Located in the Lincoln Heights neighborhood, Los Angeles, CA, the farm was both a major tourist attraction and an alligator farm from the year 1907 to 1953. It was a popular getaway for the local Angelinos. Admission fee was 25 cents and they got an opportunity to purchase various forms of reptilian trinkets that included rubber alligators.

The alligators ranged in size at the farm and were segregated according to size in several ponds. Visitors got a bit too close and personal with the alligators which is a bit scary. Despite the fact that alligators are opportunistic hunters who snatch anyone that gets too close to the water, these families let their toddlers wander too close to the reptiles and play with them! Their dogs also played with the fully-grown alligatorsdespite their unpredictability no matter how tame.

om)

There was a fence surrounding the entire property, but somehow students managed to use the alligators for fraternity pranks. Pledges were made by the students to steal alligators from the farm.

The alligators also managed to get field trips when rain flooded a reservoir nearby. Water would overflow into the farm and the alligators got an opportunity to swim in the Lincoln Park Lake. Others however, ended up in neighbor’s pools and backyards. Noise made by the alligators was another source of annoyance for the neighbors.

Some of the alligators starred in movies like the Tarzan films and wrestled actors in stunts. Billy was the most famous among them and was the oldest in the farm. He appeared in numerous films in the years between 1910 and 1940. This was because he could open his jaw reliably when a piece of chicken was dangled above him.

The farm eventually shut down when the annual attendance dropped below 50,000 in 1984. All animals were relocated to Florida, on a private estate.
